The North American Association of Food Equipment (NAFEM) Show was held October 11-13, 2007 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Recognized as the premier equipment and supplies exhibition for foodservice professionals, the show featured more than 600 exhibitors displaying products in over 700 foodservice related categories.
ACityDiscount took advantage of the biannual NAFEM Show being held in our hometown to send management, sales and marketing staff to uncover new products and suppliers to add to our inventory, in addition to visiting existing manufacturers to view recent and future product releases. Some staff members also attended education sessions, which covered topics such as "A Standard Method for Determining Life Cycle Cost of Foodservice Equipment," "Energy Star's Expanding Suite of Commercial Foodservice Equipment" and "The Future of Kitchen Technology."
Keep an eye on our online store. Over the next few months we plan to add new suppliers of the following products: espresso machines, walk-in refrigerators, catering equipment, dinnerware, glassware, a Point-of-Sale system and a grease recycling system. We also plan to unveil a new range of janitorial supplies and an expanded range of commercial quality residential appliances and homewares.
