As one of the sponsors of The Dishing with Donna Show, ACityDiscount had the opportunity to partner with New York Butcher Shoppe, another show sponsor. In order to kick off the partnership with The Dishing with Donna Show, ACityDiscount and New York Butcher Shoppe hosted a Free Grilling Demonstration and Tasting at our Atlanta Showroom on September 10, 2011.
We invited the public to join us and make the day different from all other days with easy and delicious meats that are so good you don't have to save them just for summer barbequing!
The grilling experts included Food Network’s Herb Mesa, Hap Schneider, ACityDiscount Sales Manager and prior restaurateur, and Robb Dillon, New York Butcher Shoppe President. This diverse group of grill masters showed attendees how to prep, smoke and grill three cuts of meat to perfection.
Herb, Hap and Robb demonstrated how to cook:
- Tri-tip
- Turkey breast
- Flank steak
The demonstration began at 3:00 pm. The Dishing with Donna Show broadcasted live from the grilling demonstration from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Guests and fans of The Dishing with Donna show came early to meet and chat with Donna herself!
Throughout the day guests had chances to win free prizes and learn a number of cooking tips from these experts. The grill masters were available to answer any and all grill questions the audience had.
