The APW Wyott RW-1V-SP helps operators maintain soups, sauces, chili, gravies, and other prepared foods at safe serving temperatures throughout service. Its insulated construction, even-heating design, and thermostatic controls help preserve food quality while reducing temperature fluctuations, making it an ideal choice for restaurants, cafeterias, buffets, and concession operations that depend on consistent hot food holding. Designed to hold preheated food at serving temperatures, able to keep soups and sauces above 140°F when operated properly.
This 7-quart model includes the complete Soup Package, which features an inset, hinged cover, and ladle.
