Dough Retarding/Proofing Pan, 8" O.D. x 7-3/8" I.D. x 3" deep, 14 gauge tempered aluminum, 48 oz. capacity.

"Eastern" style, extra heavy, 14 gauge tempered aluminum. Self stacking design (bottom of pan becomes cover of one underneath.). Requires a minimum storage space, easily cleaned, refrigerates quickly, and stacks securely. Stack with pans of similar shape.
