Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for durability, each tank comes with a heavy duty fryer basket. Temperature control switch adjusts from 120° to 375°. Each tank has a capacity of 6 liters. The double fryer includes two cords so one fryer can be used at a time. 208V, 3250W per tank.
