This countertop convection oven accomplishes the same as bigger convection ovens, but with a much smaller footprint. It features a 3.5" spacing between each of its racks (4 total), manual control knobs, a 60 minute timer, a temperature range from 120° to 500°F, a broil feature with a temperature of 570°F, a cook and hold feature that can keep food warm for up to 180 minutes, and an oven light. It is constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, and has a double walled see through glass door.
