ED2 series Halo Counter-Top Heated Display System:
A curved glass styling in full-service service design. Separate heat zones are thermostatically controlled with a 1-10 thermostat. Heated well is maximized for full merchandising potential, holding a full range of standard pan sizes, as well as full-size or half-size sheet pans. Overhead lighting is controlled with on/off switches in multiple zones. Expanded footprint is now 35" deep. A full 72" with an 18 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel interior.
The display case has a curved tempered glass front with handle that provides an easy, even lift for cleaning. Three (3) removable,
sliding glass doors on the operator side are included. Sliding door tracks have a "clean sweep" cut out, allowing for easy cleaning and
crumb removal. Framed end glass with rubber gasket material protects glass edges from chipping and breakage. Counter-top display cases include one set of 4"(102mm) legs.

HOT DISPLAY CASE

-Optional solar cool bronze glass end panes are available for maximizing the display.
SELF-SERVICE HOT DISPLAY SYSTEM
-Customer self-service opening is available on right side, left side, or across
the full width of case.
-Front mounted heat-guard provides customer protection.

Ten (10) overhead lights with two (2) light zones.
Two base heat zones with two (2) adjustable thermostats
with a range of 1 through 10, and two (2) heat-on
indicator lights.
Three (3) bronze-reflective sliding glass doors on
operator side.
One (1) 10" x 60" (254mm x 1524mm) operator-side
work shelf.
Self-serve models ED2-72/PL and ED2-72/PR have
a self-serve pan insert 21-5/8" x 36-3/8" x 2"
(549mm x 924mm x 51mm) and includes
one (1) Wire Pan Grid. The ED2-72/PL has the self serve pan insert oriented on the customer's left side, the ED2-72/PR has it on the right.
