American Range Radiant Char Broilers are designed to provide reliable, solid performance for many years. The heavy duty radiant bars provide optimum heat distribution. The Radiant Char Broiler allows juices from the meat to drip down onto the radiants, resulting in searing flames and smoke that enhances flavor.
Standard Features include:
Individually controlled stainless steel 15,000 BTU/hr burners placed every 6" for maximum output and flexibility
Manual gas control valve for each burner allows use of selected burners
Radiant bars are individually removable for easy cleaning
Heavy duty cast iron top grates are angled to control "Flare-up"
Full length grease trough drains the run-off into a removable pan for easy cleaning
14 gauge all welded heavy duty reinforced fire box
Stainless steel polished front and trim for easy cleaning, with fully insulated double-layered steel chassis
