The M series heavy-duty convection is a new series of oven. The all stainless steel exterior construction gives an elegant look. Unique oven cavity baffle system provides maximum efficiency. Large size oven cavity is designed to accommodate full size sheet pans front to back or side to side. Designed and built for superior performance and long life.

Stainless steel, air-tight, door gaskets.
Stainless steel burners with 90,000 BTU/hr total heat input provide rapid heat and recovery
3/4" gas connection
5 chrome racks with 12 position chrome rack guides allow maximum cooking capacity along with flexibility of cooking
Pull-out control panel for easy access to control system.
Cavity width and depth will accommodate full size sheet pans, front to back or side to side. Majestic smooth air flow system - turbo-flow system provides even cooking throughout the entire oven.
Two 40 watt oven lights provided for maximum viewing of the interior.
