Motor:
All Anvil mixer motors are designed specifically for heavy duty mixing applications, grease packed ball bearing, air cooled motor, 220V - 60Hz - Single phase
Transmission:
All Anvil gears and shafts are made of heat treated alloy steel which are precision machined. The gears are packed in a long lasting grease lubricant ensuring extremly quiet operation and a long life. The Planetry gears are driven from the motor by a cogged belt system powered by the motor drive shaft. This tried and tested design delivers high torque mixing power continuously. There are significant labor saving by using this system when doing repairs compared to direct drive transmission systems.
Electrical Controls:
All Anvil mixers have a seperate start and an emergency oversized top button so that operators can easily stop the mixer in an emergency situation.
Cord and Plug:
All Anvil mixers are supplied with a flexible 6 foot 3 wire cord and plug for grounding. Needs to be connected by a technician.
Note: Mixers are now fitted with a safety cut-off switch which automatically turns the unit off is one changes gear without stopping the motor.
