The WCML series refrigerated cold pan eliminates
the mess and expense of ice in your cold
food displays. The slim-line design can be
installed in extra narrow width counters. The
unit is used with standard 12” x 20” pans, in the
long configuration, and the overall cold pan will
re q u i re only 16” of clear counter space! The
cold pan is available in the standard 4-5/8”
depth or the 9-3/4” full depth.
The pan is fully insulated for maximum efficiency
and energy savings, and is provided with a factory
applied gasket so that it can be installed in the
finest wood fixtures without marring the counter
top. The pan is constructed of stainless steel and
is provided with a 3/4” stainless steel drain.
