The WICD series iced cold pan enables you to bring an attractive dessert or salad display to virtually any counter. The full depth 9 3/4" gives added versatility by providing for the use of deeper pans or bowls - the right pan for the right price.
The pan is fully insulated and provided with an factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixture without marring the counter top. The pan is constructed of stainless steel and is provided with a 3/4" stainless steel drain. It is perfect for your ice display or can be used with standard 12"W X 20"D pans.

Factory applied gasket - makes installation a snap and seals units to the counter top, thus eliminating seepage.
Can be used for ice display, standard 12"W X 20" X 6"H pans, or fractional size pans with the use of adaptor bars.

Please note that these units have not been performance tested for use with potentially hazardous food, and must be used with ICE!
The flange measures 24"W X 57 1/4"D and has a pan opening of 22 1/4"W X 55 1/2".
Included in this item is a 3/4" diameter drain and valve and seperator channels.
