Atlas Electric Drop In Hot Well Steam Table w/ 1 Well
The WIH series hot pan is an electrically heated drop-in serving unit that provides the conveniece of individually controlled hot food wells, designed for standard 12"W X 20"D steam table pans.
The entire hot pan is efficiently insulated and provided with a factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures, without marring the counter top. All controls are prewired to a single cord and plug.
This item has many features and benefits including : Fully insulated to retain heat - protects fixtures and saves energy.
Individual thermostatically controls - the operator can control the temp of each well seperatley.
Factory applied gasket - makes installation a snap and seals units to the counter tio, thus eliminationg seepage.
Can be used with standard 12"W X 20"D pans, or fractional size pans with the use of adaptor bars.
NSF certified, UL and CSA recognized

The pan size of this item is 12"W X 20"D X 6"H. The flange is 24"W X 16"D. Included is a 3/4" diameter drain and seperator channels.
