The WH series hot pan is a versatile, electrically heated drop-in serving unit that can be used as an open bain marie or with standard 12"W X 20"D steam table pans. The pan construction enables the unit to be used either wet or dry. Its stainless steel inner liner is free of all obstructions for ease of cleaning.
The pans is fully insulated and provided with a factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures, without marring the counter top. All units are furnished with a 3/4" dia drain and are available in 120, 208, or 240 voltages.

Factory applied gasket - makes installation a snap and seals units to the counter tio, thus eliminationg seepage.

The pan size of this item is 19 7/8"W X 25 1/2"D X 6"H. The flange is 24"W X 29"D. Included is a 3/4" diameter drain and seperator channels.
