This item is for 3 1/4" single compartment pizza oven that was designed for pizza, pretzels, flat breads and other similar bakery products to be baked directly on the hearth deck, screens, pans or baking sheets. 3" decks heights make these ovens ideal for pizza, pretzels, flat breads and bakery products baked directly on the hearth deck, pans, baking sheets or screens.
This pizza oven has the following features:
Two Cordierite ceramic hearth baking decks, each 17 3/4" wide (451 mm) by 17 1/2" deep (445 mm) in a single bake chamber
3 1/4" deck heights
Top and bottom heat is provided by three heavy duty Incoloy steel tubular heating elements
3600 Watts in 208v or 220-240v
Thermostat ranges from 300° to 650° F (149° to 343° C).
Exterior front, sides, top and door is constructed of type 430 stainless steel and measures 22 1/4" wide (572 mm) by 17 1/2" tall (445 mm).
Door handle is constructed of tubular stainless steel.
Baking chamber is fabricated of high heat aluminized steel and welded to form a single unit.
1 1/2" (38 mm) thick industrial grade insulation throughout
Continuous ring timer with manual shut-off and volume control
6 foot (1830 mm) line cord
