The Bakers Pride P18S is a compact, stackable, commercial electric countertop deck oven from the HearthBake Series, making it an ideal choice for snack bars, cafes, or convenience stores looking to serve high-quality baked goods without sacrificing premium kitchen space. Despite its small footprint, this heavy-duty unit features a fully welded, aluminized steel single baking chamber equipped with two 17.5" x 17.75" Cordierite ceramic hearth decks, each with a height of 3.25", which deliver optimal heat distribution for perfectly crisp pizza crusts, pretzels, and flatbreads. Bake directly on the decks or on screens or baking sheets. It operates with independently controlled top and bottom heating elements and a robust thermostat range of 284°F - 680°F, allowing you to cook between 300°F to 650°F, giving operators precise thermal control. Wrapped in a sleek, durable stainless steel exterior, the P18S also comes standard with a 15-minute mechanical timer featuring a continuous-ring alarm and a manual shut-off, offering a reliable and versatile baking solution for light-to-medium volume foodservice operations.
***Please Note: The P18S is available with 120, 208, or 240V. However, the lower output of 120V power is not recommended for fresh-dough pizza.
