Operating at a robust 7,200 watts, the oven offers a temperature range of 300°F to 650°F (149°C to 343°C), utilizing independent top and bottom Incoloy heating elements in each chamber to ensure uniform heat distribution and rapid recovery times. The exterior is constructed from durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel, while the interior features a fully insulated, unitized welded aluminized steel structure to lock in heat efficiently. Ideal for cooking fresh-dough pizzas, pretzels, flatbreads, and pastries simultaneously, the P44S is equipped with two 15-minute mechanical timers with continuous-ring alarms, manual shut-offs, and 4" adjustable legs, making it a professional-grade, space-saving asset for busy commercial kitchens.
