This item is a 38in x 36in electric pizza deck oven. Electric Deck Ovens are designed for high volume pizza, baking, roasting and all-purpose operations. All models feature independent, operator controlled top and bottom heat for perfectly balanced results. Ovens may be stacked three high. This pizza oven has the following features :
300°-680° F (149°-370°C) "Pizza" thermostat
150°-550° F (65°-288°C) "Bake & Roast" thermostat
Top and bottom "U" shaped heating elements every 9 1/2" with infinite heat controls
Electric 60-minute timer with continuous ring alarm and manual shut-off on bake & roast models
Interior oven lights
Interior decks are 36" (915mm) deep and 38" (965mm) wide.
Moisture control dampers.
Oven exterior is all heavy-gauge, type 403 stainless steel
Aluminized steel interiors
Fully insulated up to 5" (127mm) thick for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures
Interior oven frame is constructed of 1/4" (6mm) heavy-duty angle iron frame, completely welded to form a single, unitized section
Over interiors are manufactured of high-heat resistant 18-gauge aluminized steel.
Doors are fully insulated, spring balanced with tubular steel handles and will remain open or closed until moved.
Temperature ready indicator lights, moisture control damper and oven interior lights are
standard
Fully insulated up to 5" (127mm) thick for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures
7" (178mm) interior deck height with Cordierite hearth decks.
38" Heavy-duty, 7-gauge hot rolled steel legs are standard and finished with durable Bakertone
