Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter, three-section, s/s top w/ see-thru glass lid, openings for (18) 1/6 size pans, (2) 1/2 size pans, and (1) full size pan, stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, rear-mounted self-contained, 1/3 HP.
SP SERIES "MEGA" SANDWICH UNITS
Fifty percent greater pan capacity than the all around standard prep table. "Cold Air Blanket" assures that product in open containers is kept under 41° F and above freezing. Pans are cooled from the bottom, eliminating the necessity of an air blanket. Front breathing design feature allows unrestricted placement of unit...e.g. backed against walls and even installed on curbs.
Balanced refrigeration system for the ultimate storage of fresh produce and other perishables.
Glass lid comes standard with 1-piece hinge with hydraulic lift. Self-closing lid features
variable set points for height variations.
Cutting board supplied with cabinet is 10” wide constructed of high density white polyethylene plastic.
Two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section are supplied as standard.
Barrier duct design prevents spillage from getting into interior from top of cabinet.
Cabinet features front breathing design for built in applications.
Pans furnished are 4” deep and made of polycarbonate plastic.
Six-inch legs, six-inch (6") or three-inch (3") casters (choose at checkout), 2 with brakes.
Cabinet exterior is stainless steel and interior is anodized aluminum.
Beverage-Air Refrigerators and Freezers now feature a three (3) year parts and labor warranty, and an additional two (2) year warranty on compressors.
