Description:

Reach-in Freezer, two-section, 49 cu.ft., bottom-mounted self-contained, s/s front & hinged door, gray coated steel sides, white interior w/ s/s floor, (6) adj. shelves, 3" casters, enhanced digital control, 3/4 HP.

CONSTRUCTION:

Heavy duty construction includes stainless front (doors and grilles) with #4 finish. Exterior sides are steel with gray finish. Exterior top and back are galvanized steel. Interior bottom is stainless. Enhanced exterior mounted thermometer is digital type. Interior of cabinet is white coating backed on steel. Interior shelves for double door units are white epoxy coated steel wire (standard) Door locks and casters are standard.

REFRIGERATION:

Unit’s system is located at bottom of cabinet. Defrosting is accomplished with electric heaters. Defrost is time initiated, temperature terminated. A time termination is provided as a back up fail-safe. Evaporator fans are delayed from restarting until evaporator coil is adequately chilled down. Operation of compressor is governed by temperature control inside top of cabinet..

AIR DISTRIBUTION:

Beverage-Air’s unique down-duct air distribution provides the ideal environment for food preservation. Refrigerated air is discharged from an evaporator coil compartment located at the interior top of cabinet. Air is discharged down rear of cabinet. Air is returned upward across the full width of the interior front assuring even temperatures throughout the cabinet.

Beverage-Air Refrigerators and Freezers now feature a three (3) year parts and labor warranty, and an additional two (2) year warranty on compressors.
