Blodgett combination ovens are the best of both worlds. Utilizing the features from both a steamer and a convection oven, this multipurpose cooking tools can steam, bake, braise, poach, roast, blanch, and much more. They also have an automatic cleaning feature that makes them a breeze to clean up. Blodgett offers a number of different sizes, as well as some models that feature pass through doors. EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Dual pane tempered viewing window with hinged inner glass for easy cleaning
