Blodgett convection ovens have been one of the industry standards for convection cooking. Available in single, double, and stackable varieties, and a number of different sizes and outputs, they are made to fit no matter your kitchen's needs.
Standard depth baking compartment- accepts 18" x 26" standard size baking pans in left-to-right-position.
