BusBoy commercial food waste disposers are designed and built from the inside out.
Deisgned for large food service operations with extremely heavy bulky waste. Included is a 8" in diameter cutting table. This model has a 3 HP motor that rotates at 1725 RPM. It has the following features and specifications:

Cast Body - Extra sturdy aluminum casting offers corrosion resistance; reduces noise and vibration. Modular construction facilitates servicing.
Water Seals - Dual shaft seals provide double motor protection.
Sealed Ball Bearings - Large diameter ball bearings are sealed for long life.
Rugged Motors - Totally enclosed fan-cooled motor are liberally sized to match disposer grinding requirements. Overload protected; permanently lubricated.
Hopper - Cut-down hoppers are available for tight installations
Water Inlet - Pre-drilled for 1/2" pipe. Accessory kits available.
Grinding Sleeve - Cast chromium molybdenum tungsten is heat treated for exceptional strength. Sixteen permanently affixed primary breakup lugs, 48 precision grinding teeth.
Cutting Table - Dynamically balanced cast chromium vanadium tool steel construction. Heat-treated for maximum strength; long life. Oversized for easier grinding; less motor strain. Precision ground to within .005" of cutting sleeve for maximum grinding capability.
Accessories - BusBoy provides accessories; controls and adaptors to speed initial installation, or to facilitate replacement of virtually any disposer made.
