The integrity of the welds are guaranteed, however there is no warranty as to the appearance of the item (especially the welds). Please do not purchase Items from Channel Manufacturing if you plan to use them in a setting where visual appearance is of concern.
This item is BRAND NEW and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Applications: U_R Series are multi-purpose racks for holding
storing and transporting a variety of trays, pans, dough
boxes, tote boxes and lugs. LA Series are designed to hold
Channel polyethylene lugs.
Construction: Heavy duty, high tensile extruded
aluminum. Type 6063-T5 alloy. Lifetime guarantee against rust.
Tray Slides: U_R Series are tubular extruded aluminum
heli-arc welded to frame. Bottom load design.
LA Series are 1-1/2" extruded aluminum angle heli-arc welded
to frame. Lip load design.
Frame and Cross Supports: U_R and LA Series vertical
and horizontal frame sections are 1" extruded aluminum
tubing.
Casters: 5" diameter, full swivel design. Non-marking thermoplastic
rubber wheel. Casters are securely bolted to frame to
facilitate replacement.
