Fryers are available in several sizes and BTUs/hr 25lbs with 55,000 BTUs/hr, 40lbs with 105,000 BTUs/hr, 50lbs with 140,000 BTUs/hr, 25lbs - 25lbs "split tank" with 140,000 BTUs/hr and 75lbs with 175,000 BTUs/hr.
