Economate - perfectly named because this is thier most economical line of buffet units. Good looks and durability in one group at an affordable price. EconoMate Buffet Units are perfect for the limited space facility: All floor models are only 22-1/2" wide. The units can be mixed and matched to fit your design needs. The heavy gauge steel bodies come in twelve (12) standard powder coat paint colors and have heavy gauge stainless steel tops. All full size EconoMates are portable, with open or closed storage bases. The floor models are standard with swivel casters for portability. Each unit comes with a one-piece clear Plexiglas canopy. The electric Hot Food Unit is NSF Standard 4 compliant and comes in either 2-, 3- and 4- well sizes. All heat wells have exposed elements in 8-1/2" deep galvanized steel liners for dry operation. Body shall be constructed of heavy gauge steel, painted in customer's choice of 12 powder coat paint finishes. Heavy gauge 300 Series stainless steel top shall be supplied, with easy-to-clean, clear plexiglass canopy. This unit has the following features and specifications:
