Constructed of a heavy stainless steel housing for excellent durability. Interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Steel "element support" stabilizes heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution. Maintains food temperature in excess of 140° (the requirement for safe food service.) Easy to clean.
