    HAVE HAD MY F.DICK SANTOKU FOR AWHILE NOW AND HAVE PUT IT THRU ALL THE TESTS. IT PERFORMS FLAWLESSLYIN ALL AREAS. IT CUTS,SLICES, AND CHOPS TO FULL PERFECTION. THE WEIGHT AND BALANCE ARE PERFECT THE EDGE SHARPNESS IS DANGEROUS SHARP AND RETAINS A PERFECT EDGE THRU DOZENS OF USEAGE HOURS. YOU COULD SPEND MORE BUT NOT GET A BETTER PIECE OF KITCHEN CUTLERY.
