Solid one-piece welded heavy-duty construction, with 10” pan depth
5/8” thick stainless steel clad cooking plate, fitted with clamped-on electric heating elements, ensuring efficient heat transfer over the entire cooking surface
Heavy plate prevents warping or distortion
Smooth-action, quick-tilting body with manual crank tilt mechanism, which provides precise control during pouring of pan contents for easy operation
Controls and tilt mechanism are mounted in stainless steel housings, on the pan body sides
True rounded leg tubular stand design and 3” radius pan interiors make cleaning easier
A heavy-gauge, fully adjustable one-piece vented cover is standard with torsion bar type counterbalance designed to maintain selected cover position.
Graduated etch marks included
Thermostatically controlled to automatically shut off when desired temperature is reached and to turn on when product temperature falls below desired setting
Comes standard with mounting bracket for either right-side, left-side or rear faucet mounting
Units come either 208 V or 240 V, 3 phase (choose at checkout); units are field convertible to single phase operation
