The Imperial Salamander Broiler is perfect for
preparing steaks, fish and lobster because the
gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides
instant, even heating throughout the 405 sq. in.
broiler grid. A new protective burner screen helps
prevent breakage. Two gas valves: one for the left
side and one for the right side of the broiler
provide cooking flexibility.

adjustable gas valve.

Infra-Red burner has incolloy metal screen to
protect from breakage (ISB-36).
Broiler grid is spring balanced and it raises and
lowers with positive locking in four positions.
Grid rack assembly rolls out a full 10" for easy
loading and unloading.
Large capacity broiler pan fits under the 405 sq.
in. broiler grid. The full width broiler pan can be
easily removed for cleaning.
Salamander Broiler unit mounts over all Imperial
Restaurant Ranges and can also be wall or
counter mounted.
One year parts and labor warranty.
AGAand CGA design certified and NSF listed.
