Lang Manufacturing produces lines of high quality, energy efficient equipment. Their product line ranges from things like convection ovens, induction ranges, and griddles, to fryers and microbakeries, which combine ovens and dough proofers into a single stacked unit. They recently just introduced a line of combi ovens, and are known for having one of the best warranties around (at least 2 years parts and labor on all products). They carry a plethora of equipment sizes, and sell ranges from 12" wide to 60" wide.
