Construction
The DR series drop in refrigerated pans are self-contained units with all metal, welded construction. All joints and seams are closed and sealed.
Each unit is designed to be installed in new or existing countertops and will accommodate 1-6 full size pans. Pans spacer bars, condenser coil grill, sealing gasket and drain connection are provided. Cold wall well will accept up to 6" deep pans.
Pans are not provided.
The cold wall wells are fully insulated with special, extra rigid one-shot, high pressure, foamed in-place, closed cell polyurethane, average thickness 1.5". Top and rails are 18-gauge stainless steel construction for strength and durability. Louver cutout is 12" x 23.5".
Each unit is provided with large 1" drain offset from the center of the unit and an ON/OFF switch and cordset for easy installation.
Self-Contained Refrigeration
The unit is thermostatically controlled and designed to hold pre-chilled products at serving
temperature.
R-134a refrigeration system is self-contained and center mounted in the unit.
It is provided with a hermetically sealed compressor, capillary-metering device and adjustable thermostat.
The condensing unit is air cooled with high efficiency fin coil for extra long life.
