Description:
Ice Cream Topping Unit, freezer base, 54"W, 16 opening dual syrup rail (jars & pumps NOT included), shelves behind left door, stainless steel top, front & sides, alum. interior, casters, 1/2 hp, 115v/60/1, UL, C-Ul, UL Sanitation listed
Exterior Finish:
Exterior front, sides, door and top are stainless steel. Syrup rail is stainless steel. The exterior back and bottom are galvanized steel. All exterior joints fold in without lap joints. No exposed raw edges.
Interior Finish:
Interior liner and interior pan wells are smooth aluminum. All corners, vertical and horizontal, are coved with ¼" radius.
Syrup Rail:
Dual syrup rail includes openings for 16 syrup or fruit jars. (Syrup jars with 4 hinged lids, 4 ladle lids and 2 pumps are optional) Syrup rail is stainless steel. Rail is designed for holding non-hazardous types of foods.
Insulation:
Cabinet is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation.
Hardware:
Refrigerator comes complete with one floor rack. Freezer includes three adjustable wire racks within the storage compartment.
Refrigeration:
Refrigerator system utilizes R-134A refrigerant. Freezer system utilizes R-404A refrigerant. Complete with automatic, electric condensate evaporator. Self contained refrigeration system.
