Interior is Armco Type 1, 20-gauge aluminized steel
Large Capacity: Three 42" x 32" x 7" cordierite hearths will hold thirty 12" pizzas and twenty 16" pizzas in total.
Energy Efficient - new energy-saving "power-pack" burner system coupled with our unique baffle system for even heat and better baking
