Tips from the Experts:"We see a lot of pizza press sales from merchants who advertise fresh pizza, but need to work in small spaces that are part of something larger like, for instance, a gas station. The best way to use these units is to prep some dough balls (usually 10 oz) and just throw them into the press when needed. A 10 oz dough ball makes an 18” pizza." – Josh
