16 gauge stainless steel front plate and wrap around stainless steel finish except back panel
Cooking plate side wall uses 14 gauge stainless steel
Polished griddle plate in 3/4" thickness
Aluminized U shaped burners for every 12" of griddle surface for even cooking
Built-in heat reflector kicks back escaping heat to griddle surface
Welded metal side skirt prevents heat escaping to the side
Rated over 40% gas energy efficient by testing laboratory
High efficient griddle will provide faster cooking and recovery (app. 13% more heat with 25% less gas consumption)
Stainless steel pilots for instant ignition
Bull-nose stainless steel front extension provides additional safety to employees from burns
Coated inside & outside gas manifold prevent rust and ensure longer life of unit
Ergonomically designed heat resistant On-Off knob is made from PPS (Poly Phennylene Sulfide) to provide a cooler, longer life with beautiful chrome finish
2" stainless steel extension legs included, 4" legs option available(ask for a price)
