This is NOT the entire Hood System that you would need. This is only for the major components as they apply to NFPA 96 Codes. To the right we have listed specific accessories for this model. Please check with your local code department for specific items that you will need.
This hood is 8 feet wide x 5 feet deep x 18 inches tall. For use in medium to heavy cooking environments.
Per the manufacturer's specifications, this hood would require 1400 to 1800 CFM at 1/4" Static Pressure.
This Hood is a Heat Hood NOT a Grease Hood.
It does NOT have Supply Air Distributed into it.
This Hood will have 2-Mesh Filters on the inside.
This Filter will need to mounted AFTER you cut the hole (or holes) for the Exhaust Duct to connect to.
This Hood will have to be installed by a Certified Installer in order to meet your codes.
This hood is brand new, shipped directly from the manufacturer.
