Hood System features
All grease hoods are fabricated in 100% stainless steel.
Supply Air is distributed directly into the interior of the hood through a perforated, aluminum screen. Therefore, more of your conditioned air in the kitchen is not pulled into the hood and out of the building.
Shallow Front - standard is 16" tall but can be as short as 12" so they can be used with low ceilings - the hood still drops down closer to the cooking surfaces in the back. This allows even more of the fumes and grease-ladened vapors to be pulled out of the building.
Larger, 20" high Filters provide more filtering surface and therefore are more efficient and quieter to operate.
