Features include:

Stainless steel undershelf standard
Control knobs with high, medium, and low settings
Pilot indicator openings
Fiberglass insulation between each compartment
Top is constructed of 20 gauge #302 stainless steel with die stamped pan openings (11.875" x 2-.062")
Body and undershelf are constructed of 22 gauge #430 stainless steel
Legs are made of 18 gauge #302 stainless steel with fully adjustable non marking tip
Cutting board (8" wide) made of 1" thick white thermoplastic
Cutting board brackets (3) are made of 16 gauge #302 stainless steel
Dry gas units are used to maintain the temperature of pre-cooked foods. These units are designed for dry operation. To keep food moist, add a spillage pan with 1 - 2" of water
