Features

The RM-55 offers all the features of our economy model with improvements; it has NSF and ETL listing. The rice pot and base are easy to clean. The burner system construction has been up upgraded. Pressure regulator is included.

Cook and Hold

RM-55 is approved for cook and hold. It incorporates a stronger warming feature to maintain the temperature of the rice at the required temperature

Top Quality

Years of experience and constant improvement are Incorporated in our current designs. The bimetallic temperature sensor is superior to liquid, chemical comfortable, wide plated steel drop handles on the rice pot that remain cool enough to touch while the unit is in operation. These handles are able to withstand considerable abuse. Bakelite handle on the stainless steel cover is also durable.

Mexican or Chinese?

Wash rice before cooking to prevent sticky rice. Check our Owner's Manual for instructions on making steamed or flavored rice. The RM permits rice to be fried before cooking. The recipe and steps to make Mexican rice in an RM rice cooker are on the following page.
