Heat is diffused throughout the cabinet providing gentle, even heat while maintaining optimum serving temperatures. Even after the door is opened and closed, the cabinet temperature quickly recovers so product stays hot.
Foods do not dry out or become discolored, even the most delicate dishes hold that just-prepared look.
This Hatco Flav-R-Savor PFST series has an eight-shelf rack with 5" (127 mm) centers that can hold up to 16 boxed pizzas or eight bagged pizzas. Some of these features includes:
