Cabinets : cabinets are all metal, inside and out. The top, back, and bottom are made of galvanized steel. Floor is made of stainless steel. In addition, all seams are closed and sealed , with metal edges turned away from exposed surface. The result is an integrated structural frame. All internal corners are covered to conform to NSF standards.
Doors : Constructed of metal, cabinet doors are self-closing and fully insulated. Their cam lift hinges are chrome plated and self-lubricating. Hinges also have a safety stop that hold the door open at 95 degrees, preventing over swing. Chrome-plated pull handles have built-in cylinder locks. The self adjusting magnetic vinyl gaskets are removable without the use of tools.
Insulation : Cabinet body and doors are filled with NON-CFC pressure injected and expanded closed-cell polyurethane foam.
Self-contained Refrigerator : The complete refrigeration assembly is mounted on top of the cabinet behind the removable hatch cover. Refrigeration components include a R22 hermetically sealed compressor, receiver tank, thermostatic expansion valve, thermostatic temperature control, high-humidity evaporator coil and hot gas condensate evaporator. The interior measures 34 3/8" wide X 30 1/2" front to back X 67 1/2" in height for easily rolling a full size sheet pan rack into it.
This cooler is used and has scratches,dings,small dents and discoloration from use. The door gasket will need to be replaced.
This item was inspected by a Refrigeration / Restaurant Equipment Technician and he found that it is cooling nicely.
This item weighs 417 lbs. but we have added 50 lbs. to the weight for packing and shipping.
