Constructed of S/S with see thru glass doors this oven / proofer allows you to complete the cooking process in a single location. This oven rest on casters for easy mobility. Each oven compartment has 1 rack. The proofer compartment has 2 racks. Each element of this unit features an easy to use control dial with indicator lights. There is a timer for the oven compartment.

Overall measurements : 52¼"W x 40"D x 72¼"H.
Oven interior compartment measurements: 39¼"W x 30"D x 7½"H.
Proofer interior compartment measurements: 39¼"W x 30¾"D x 23½"H.

There is no power plug on this unit. This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some dents and dings and discoloration. The interior of the proofer compartment does have some rust ) on the racks, water pan and small spots on the interior surface).
A local Restaurant Equipment Technician inspected this item and he found that the controls appear to be working, the indicator lights are working, and that the item is heating.
This item weighs 875 lbs. but we have added 80 lbs. to the weight for packing and shipping.
