This listing is for a white plastic 17 5/8"W x 25¾"D x 3"H dough tray. This tray would be perfect for any restaurant, bakery, pizzeria or other food service establishment. Use this tray to store, proof and transport your dough.
There are some very minor chips in some of the top rims but it does not effect use. These items show cosmetic imperfections including discoloration from handling and use. We have a quantity of these items, the one you receive may not be the one that is shown in the photos.
This item weighs 4 lbs. but we have added 3 lbs. to the weight for packing and shipping.
