This oven would make a great addition to a commercial restaurant kitchen. Some features of this item include:

This item is used and has some surface scratches and discoloration from use. This item will need to be hardwired by an electrician before use.
The convection oven was tested by our technician and appears to be operating as designed, however, we do not have the facilities to test the steamer in this unit, so we can't be sure it is working properly, though it was visually inspected by our restaurant technician and appears to be in proper working order.
This item will possibly be broken down for shipping purposes and may need to be assembled prior to use.
This item weighs 504 lbs. but we have added 50 lbs. to the weight for packing and shipping.
