This Hood System is ONLY for use with ELECTRIC cooking equipment.
Description: This is a Wells 24" cook zone ventless exhaust system. It is perfect for instances where ventilation is needed, but the space or outlet for conventional kitchen hoods are not possible.

Features/Benefits:
Interlock System will not allow appliance to be energized if any of the filters are not in place.
Airflow Sensing System continually monitors airflow through the filtration system, optimizing performance and grease removal.
Early warning system for filter replacement.
Ansul® R-102 Fire Suppression System is built into the ventless hood to provide ultimate protection. Meets NFPA-96 Standards (**Please note: before the unit can be turned on it MUST be charged, commissioned, and tagged by a liscensed ANSUL Fire Suppression contractor**).
Four stage filtration system; grease filter, prefilter, HEPA filter and charcoal filter.
Removable/Replaceable multi-stage filter system exceeds EPA-202 for particulate emissions.
Total Stainless Steel construction for durability and ease of cleaning.
Fits through standard 36” door opening.
Designed to accommodate 8 foot ceilings and higher.
Adjustable legs for leveling.
Two (2) year parts and one (1) year labor warranty.
Under Hood Equipment Limits:
Electric appliances only with a maximum of 22kw output.
Cooking surface must be 34-38” (864-965mm) from floor, no more than 25.5” (648mm) from back wall and no more than 24” (610mm) right to left.
All appliances must be installed per manufacturers instructions.
SPECIAL ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE: The hood system is designed to reduce odor emissions but will NOT eliminate odors. Air exchange at the installation site must comply with requirements of the local jurisdictional authority. To ensure dilution of odor built-up, minimum recommendation is 800 cubic feet of fresh air per minute both in and out of the area.
