The new Baker's Pride SUPERDeck series convection flow deck ovens are ideal for use in traditional kitchen cook lines. The unique convection style heat circulation system eliminates the need for fans or blower systems. The Convection Flo series features a parallel burner for uniform heat and a heat control damper for top and bottom heat control and perfectly balanced, consistent results. All stainless steel exteriors and ceramic hearth decks are standard.
