Performance
Advanced "switch air" airflow design: Perfect cooking results are achieved through a special patented reversible fan design, unique baffle system, and a durable motor that includes high temperature ball bearings. These features improve the flow of air in the cooking chamber to create even baking every time. The high performance fan moves the air in a figure 8 path. This is achieved by the air being pushed out of the back of the oven cavity in a diagonal direction and after 2 minutes, the fan motor automatically reverse the fan to move the air in the opposite direction. This allows the food to cook evenly.

All of Cadco's new advanced convection ovens have digital programmable control panels. Perfect for handling repetitive menus and reducing employee training.

Dura-Body Construction
All ovens are made of heavy-duty stainless steel inside and out. Each component is designed, tested and quality controlled to work for 10,000 hours. This insures that all ovens will hold up during the rigors of commercial use.
Part
Many hours of life testing have produced a series of rugged parts, such as the ball bearing motor. All oven parts are specially designed and thoroughly tested for long lasting performance.
Heavy Duty Door
The hinges on the door of the ovens are reinforced and perfectly balanced to handle over 60,000 openings and closings. The gasket is made of high temperature rubber material and is fastened into an airtight slot. The door itself is constructed of heavy duty material and designed for normal rugged use in a commercial kitchen.

each oven comes with a "cool touch" double wall glass door and the oven cavity is wrapped in high "R" value insulation. Each is equipped with a micro safety switch on the door that shuts off the oven when the door is open. The oven control automatically shuts off when not in use. All this helps to maximize safety in the kitchen.
