The sales team at ACityDiscount is known around our office for their jovial spirit and infectious attitudes. At any given moment you can find them working tirelessly to find the best possible deals for their customers. Hap Schneider, Sales Manager, joined ACityDiscount early 2010, bringing with him extensive equipment knowledge and decades of restaurant industry experience including restaurants and nightclubs and 20 plus years in equipment sales. The rest of the sales staff have come from varying sectors of the restaurant industry, including former chefs, front of the house workers, vendors and manufacturer representatives, totaling over one hundred years of foodservice industry experience combined! 

ACityDiscount is proud to be known for our comprehensive product knowledge and customer service. Steve Cohen, an industry professional for over forty years, and Josh Cochran, are hood system experts. Jon Katz specializes in walk-in coolers and freezers, and custom stainless steel kitchen equipment. Peter Redding, our senior team member, is the commercial refrigeration and ice machine expert. Rudy Herring uses his 20 plus years of restaurant experience with Darden Industries, to advise customers on ordering appropriate cooking equipment for their menu needs. Craig Pickett honed his culinary skills at Wolfgang Puck before joining our team and uses his personal experience to discuss the application and benefits of products. He is also known for his impeccable customer service skills, which always makes a visit to the ACityDiscount Atlanta showroom a pleasure. Carlos Sanchez uses his restaurant kitchen experience to advise Spanish-speaking customers. David Dekkers draws on his background in the construction industry, and computer science knowledge, to provide sales assistance to the entire department. Mary Thomas, our customer service representative, is English-Spanish bilingual, and is now learning Japanese to better serve our customers. JoTandria Hodges coordinates customer order fulfillment with our product suppliers.
