Inglewood Custom And Service TestimonialPosted: Jan 30, 2015
Producing Eastman, GA's Best Concession Trailers
I would recommend ACity. Somebody's there to answer your question at anytime. You don't stay on hold. Someone is there to help you out. That's customer service.
After working in the trailer business for a number of years, Shannon Peterson decided to branch out on his own by starting a trailer customization and fabrication business. A veteran of the trailer industry for nearly twenty years, in 2008 Shannon and his wife Kori established Inglewood Custom and Service. Shannon’s wealth of knowledge in all aspects of trailer operation gave his business an advantage that many in the industry did not have. They used this knowledge to drastically reduce lead times for custom trailer builds, and give customers in their niche a turnkey alternative to the often arduous process of customizing a trailer. Inglewood Custom & Service began by customizing racing trailers, mobile restrooms, mobile shower trailers, and eventually moved into their “bread & butter” category: concession trailers.
Shannon Calls ACityDiscount
Shannon and Kori first called ACityDiscount in August of 2011 in search of a commercial exhaust system for a trailer being customized. They came back several other times for commercial hoods in the following months, and eventually one of their calls was routed to Sales Lead Rudy Herring. Rudy and Shannon became fast friends, and simultaneously, the Petersons’ business continued to grow.
Over the next several years, Rudy built a lasting business relationship with Inglewood Custom & Service; earning the Petersons’ trust as well as their business. Despite being a call-in customer, Rudy has been down to visit Shannon on a number of occasions, including several instances to deliver equipment they needed immediately, as well as some informal event invites.
The Future for Inglewood Custom And Service
Shannon & Kori have big plans for their business. Since opening, they have moved into a larger facility, and have continued to grow their client base. Moving forward, their business is building relationships with several trailer and truck dealerships, and has it on the horizon to begin crafting custom tailgate trailers and retrofitting commercial food trucks.
